Thank you for your kind understanding. Technical support email will be available for technical problems with products. Use the form to the right to contact technical support with product issues. Be sure to include the Catcha code. We use this to prevent automatic spam bots from hacking the website.
Disclaimer for Download Products
Please note that you MUST contact us within 30 days of purchase if you have any issues downloading your audio files. Please email Donna at email@example.com. Tech Support hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm (EST) (except on United States holiday). Donna will respond to you as soon as possible within those times.
After 30 days we cannot resend products. You should download your Mp3s immediately when you receive the download email and check that they can be opened correctly.
We suggest you back up your products on external devices, burn to CDs, or icloud storage such as Dropbox. We will not be able to resend products to you because they have not been backed up or properly saved onto your computer.
