Disclaimer for Download Products
Please note that you MUST contact us within 30 days of purchase if you have any issues downloading your audio files. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
After 30 days we cannot resend products. You should download your Mp3s immediately when you receive the download email and check that they can be opened correctly.
We suggest you back up your products on external devices, burn to CDs, or icloud storage such as Dropbox. We will not be able to resend products to you because they have not been backed up or properly saved onto your computer.
